IMO the ECU game on October 1st is the most important game of the season. Prep for that game will begin on Monday September 26th. There can definitely still be inclement weather in late September, so I am very much hoping the IPF is ready to go by ECU game week so our crucial practices won’t be interrupted by bad weather.

They have reached the other end of the IPF on the West side. Still have another couple of support pieces to put in on the East side to reach the South end. They are really moving quickly.

Talk of Sept 1 and Oct 1 make me sad. We held off starting this until the season was over. The season was pretty much over Sept 2nd last year. It would have made little difference to last year's team if we used only 2 of the 3 available practice fields.

Yea, when I drove by yesterday it was lunch time. There were a lot of hard hats in the parking lot. I have no doubt they will do everything they can to get this thing done.

Won’t be long before we see it panted green & gold with a few large iconic USF U’s on it. Makes it very visible to the air space. Maybe get a huge USF flag like the Bucs did with their IPF. They did a great job with it as you can see it when you are flying into TIA.

Seeing the hard hats on the entrance roof really helps with the sense of the scale, how big it is and how high the roof is.
