He has been pretty stand up thus far. Glad that he is the AD at USF as he seems to know the USF way.

If and when the Big 12 decides to add schools, Big 12 negotiators will probably play wannabe member schools against each other some.  The current Big 12 members apparently don't get equal size slices of the conference money pie now with some Big 12 members like Texas getting extra big shares with its own TV network for example.  If the Big 12 only offers USF some crumbs and USF wants a full slice, how much is USF willing to settle for to become a Big 12 member...when would USF walk away from an invitation money-wise in participating in Big 12 money pie?

TCU and WV are on an a 4 year escalating payout scale.  50%, 67%, 85%, 100%.  They didn't come into the league as equal partners with existing B12 members.  ANY new member would be in a similar situation IMO.
