And reading between ur lines, i would tend to think we are as well.  

Unless the big 12 really feels that one florida school is enough

Do everything by phone, no paper trail to follow.

Actually, they could do it face to face during a lunch meeting. Boosters are friends of the program and can cover up any trails with ease.

We have already heard that Fox was interested in the Florida market a few years ago. Big 12 already stated years ago that they wanted to get into the Florida market. So it is now we shall see.

And if necessary, use multiple cars. There are plenty of parking lots or garages without security cameras. As a fall back, there is always the "chance meeting"... ;)...at a mall or grocery store...something not overly suspicious.
