We also filed Open Records requests for similar documents for Connecticut, recently listed as a Big 12 candidate, but were told there were no responsive records. A request to South Florida for similar records has not yet received a response. BYU, a private school, is exempt from these requests.

Reading between the lines there, Houston and UCF are already locks ...

And reading between ur lines, i would tend to think we are as well.  

Unless the big 12 really feels that one florida school is enough

Actually, they could do it face to face during a lunch meeting. Boosters are friends of the program and can cover up any trails with ease.

We have already heard that Fox was interested in the Florida market a few years ago. Big 12 already stated years ago that they wanted to get into the Florida market. So it is now we shall see.

And if necessary, use multiple cars. There are plenty of parking lots or garages without security cameras. As a fall back, there is always the "chance meeting"... ...at a mall or grocery store...something not overly suspicious.
