Sometimes it's better to be the best of the worst IMO. Start throwing up consistent Ws in major sports, and one of the conferences will come calling, minus the special conditions.

Fair enough.  Reasonable people can disagree on this and I see your point.  If they offered such a membership I would hope they consider it but it does not appear to be on the table anyway.

Yes, I certainly agree that we should dominate at our current level.

 You're in good company with your perspective, and I can't fault anyone that wants to see us play at the higher tier.

Did you see the night a week or so ago at a baseball game when she sat next to a guy wearing a Gators hat?  She went a got a USF hat and had him put it on.  She's a hoot.
