I think USF has far more reasons to be an expansion choice over UCF.  Bigger market, clearly higher quality education, etc.

But the last page or two of votes shows that people clearly don't understand Orlando at all.  Entertainment options easily exceed those in Tampa, even excluding all theme parks.

Ucif must admit everyone to have that many students. I guess everyone needs a fallback plan. 

Are you serious? I love Tampa, but Orlando has more to offer for family fun and entertainment. Way more. Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, etc. For a family visiting on a road trip the "get old quick" doesn't apply.

The prime candidates were the writer's opinion, not the OU prez's list of prime candidates.  Re-read article.

Nothing has changed.  USF and UCF are still prime candidates.  They're not going to create another WVU like island by taking only one of USF/UCF.

The writer also said Boise State is a prime candidate.  No, not even close.  The tiny Boise market will add few TV sets and bring in even fewer dollars to a B12 network.
