You could build an OCS but if the product on the field is crap people won't show up so you need to have a good product on the field otherwise people won't show up

USF football was a good product on the field this past season. Time to focus on that OCS to energize program which will help ticket sales.

Not me. I'm a big fan of USF getting an OCS someday. The only problem is they need to be patient with it right now. Got to see if and when MOSI goes to downtown. It is looking like the Big 12 is out so I think we need to build a smaller OCS. Make it a nice cozy little OCS with room to expand down the road if the P5 comes calling. Happy that Harlan is a straight shooter and badically told USF that we are a long way from consideration. USF needs support in the stands. Watched the Memphis game yesterday and it was a shame to such a small contingent of USF make the trip to Memphis!!!! The game was on a Saturday for crying out loud!!!

There are 3 things that USF needs to do within the next few years to get on the list of top prospects for inclusion to the next round of expansion. 

1.  Stay ranked in all sports besides football  

2.  Get ranked and win conference several times

3. Continue winning big with an exciting brand of football.  

We need to gain fan support to get people in the stands.  However, we also need to create a national brand that is recognizable outside the conference and Bay area.  

People need to know Mack and Flowers in Kansas, Texas and Oklahoma.  The B12 schools and commissioner need to talk about us like they do about realizing it was a mistake letting Louisville get away so they don't make the same mistake again.  

To get to the next level now we will have to be dynamic and win in an exciting way.  Just being a pedestrian winning team means nothing.

This may sound bad but a pedestrian winning team sounds **** good at this point.
