EVERYTHING else is pretty much out of our, USF's, control ...

I wonder. How do we know fans will come back? Will they really return for an AAC schedule? I think the answer is yes, but you never know.

What bbb is saying is the ONLY thing USF can control is wins. Nothing else. Not fans in the stands. Not conference affiliations. Nothing

I get it, but at the end of the day fans coming to the game is critical. The correlation between wins and fans better be strong.

Pretty much it .... I interpreted BDYZR's post as "win and everything will work out in our favor as far as conference realignment is concerned" and just don't think that's necessarily the case.

could also argue to start with wins, ie:

 

more wins = more fans = more $$ = more facilities/coaches = more recruits = more wins

Pretty much it .... I interpreted BDYZR's post as "win and everything will work out in our favor as far as conference realignment is concerned," and just don't think that's necessarily the case.

 

What I meant;  "win and everything will work out in our favor, as far as conference realignment is concerned, it ain't gonna happen without them!"

This should have been done last year. The beauty of playing all the teams in your conference is that the head to head WOULD be the tiebreaker ...

The only twitter posts I saw was the Yoda one...

Then that Brandon Helwig (UCFSports) and UCFSportsInfo posting multiple tweets about it (is that the blowing up part?) basically trying to sell the program to the B12 and the WVU AD

 

Important Note.. both UCFSports and UCFSportsInfo are fan run accounts, not officially affiliated at all with UCF.

 

 

It looks like it all stems from this:

Which then Yoda as usual provides his "insider knowledge"

 

 

But I hope they also read the following line:
"Lyons has been a part of those discussions and believes that if the right fit is there, it should be considered, but addition for the sake of addition would not benefit the league."
