We just have to start winning. Need more fan support. UL deserved to get the call as they been doing that for years. They deserve it. Cincy thinks they deserve it. Cincy attendence numbers are doing better. They will have good numbers for that new renovated OCS. Now the question is who is the second choice? That is tough as I believe BYU is happy being Indy.

Link just goes to an ad for CBS All Access for me .... but I can just picture that it's another article like the myriad of ones scattered throughout the almost 400 pages of this thread like dry, dusty tumbleweeds rolling across the desert .

While the ACC has FSU and UM, they will never add another Florida team.

USF winning at the Doak will infact give them  perfect example of what could happen if they did.

 

They would not want even more competition in their back yard.. for both recruits and future fans.

FSU is now the king of the conference and the AAC will do what it takes to make them happy... and they still have hopes that UM will one day become what it used to.

UM already struggles as is with fan support, it wiuld not help if a (or 2) top 10 university, attendance wise, begins to take off... located a moderate drive away.

 

They would more than likely add Cincinatti or Memphis if they continue their impressive AAC debut... or even UConn (due to MBB and WBB)

 

The only chance for other Florida schools (USF/UCF) is either another conference decides to expand (B12/B10... if USF gets AAU)

or the AAC becomes relevant enough to gain attention/respect.
