My wife just had a great idea.  Add La. Tech to the AAC so we can see who's the better coach - settle it on the field.

Memphis being added clearly demonstrates that flash in the pan "success" is all that matters. We're on the wrong side of that.

 

Hopefully Big XII goes to 14 and takes both the FL teams.

That coach lost his team before his final year at USF.....

This is how the WVU rumors started and look how that turned out.

 

 

FSU to the Big 12 was being reported as being a "done deal" according to similar level sources a couple of years ago.  How did that turn out?

Well, if it's true and all that, nothing we did football-wise in the last few years would have made a difference. Why? ucf has had their moment in the candlelight and it didn't get them in.

If they want to go to 12, these are the 2 best available teams. BYU isn't going anywhere and UConn is way to out of their footprint. If they were closer, they'd be in the mix.

Don't believe anyone but Brett McMurphy when it comes to conference realignment. It's just crappy blogs trying to get web hits now that the season is starting to wind down. You have nerds that get off on conference realignment talk every offseason
