I guess it will kill by comparison, but maybe the rest could rebrand as an amateur league. I would probably stop watching P5 once it goes semi-pro. CFB is getting kind of weird to me.

It is looking more like the BIG 12 will be forced to expand or not get a team in the playoff. The other top 4 conferences are already crying to everyone that it is not fair that the BIG 12 does not have to play a conference championship game. Just hoping that USF can get their ass in gear before it is too late.

I think the whole college football system is getting messed up as the greedy have been destroying it. Glad I am getting old and that I wont be around much longer. Glad I went through the golden years of USF football seeing them get to #2 in the nation. I wont see that again in my life.

BIG 12 expansion is likely USF's last chance to avoid long-term national irrelevancy.  If we miss that ship there won't likely be another for a VERY long time.
