More garbage that's not going to happen anytime soon. I think the earliest is 3 to 5 years. Texas is among the top 3 universities in athletics revenues, has complete control over their conference, and he is suggesting they want to leave it because it isn't enough money for them, or they think they will make more in the Big10?That they think they will make more even if they break the grant of rights? I don't buy it. Sounds like the author is skeptical himself of what his sources are telling him. Texas is sitting pretty right now, and has no incentive to change conferences as long as the grant of rights is in place. Edited August 6, 2013 by Gismo

I have a hard time accepting BYU would be given a second chance by the Big 12, especially after BYU said no to the Big East as well.

And Texas started this last wave of realignment anyhow. The most revenue producing football program in college football is ruining it for everyone because they want MORE money.
