It probably shifts momentum for USF heading to the Big Ten now that FSU is stuck in ACC.

Funny in the article below this they mentioned about getting students to drive past downtown Tampa to get to RayJay. That could be the reason attendance is poor,  people don't know how to get to RayJay.
