I have had this argument many times and you guys finally acquiesced and agree with me.  If our team plays poorly we can boo the team, player etc.. they are men and getting paid so they are fair game.  I know many don’t want to do it however at least we all agree it is acceptable in todays landscape.

FSU fans are a hysterical bunch so this will be funny.  I remember driving back from a USF game and overhearing FSU fans worried about Willie after a couple games.  I let them know they are in for it.

I've never been a big fan of booing "my" teams, even at the pro level.  I am though oft inclined to break out a hearty "WTF is going on?!!!"

Cousin Ricky and John Lewis also agree with Joey, it is becoming more acceptable as the rules have changed, at least you can agree to not throw a hissy fit if it happens.

In control of my emotions, I don't throw hissy fits.  I am only debating the merit of booing players.  Not sure it makes a difference other than to the folks around you.

I am not saying there is merit, however I am saying there is no longer the perceived fault either.

Joey said the "old decorum doesn't apply". He technically is not wrong there. Hence the blind squirrel finding a nut.

For the record, I will NEVER boo any player. They are still kids regardless of the new landscape of collegiate sports.

If the people booing can do better on the respective fields/courts, etc., then they should have done so when they were here.
