There's Rice.  I agree with maybe Kansas will be considered as they have that BB pedigree.  Hearing some bad things out of Colorado right now.

ATHLONSPORTS.COM

Some players aren't suited for "Prime Time," or at least that's what the CU staff wants everyone to believe. But conversations with those who've left Boulder reveals the true nature of the culture within the Buffaloes program. A few former players have spoken anonymously to Athlon, fearing retaliation, if they went on the record.

"It's like a real-life Grand Theft Auto video game," one former player said. "There are many distractions with fights, guns, and money floating around. The environment is unlike any I’ve come from before."

Cormani McClain broke the seal and blew the whistle on Colorado. Stayed quiet for a bit, but finally feels safe enough at UF to talk about it and now the flood gates are open. I'm gonna go get my popcorn ready.

Whomever gets ND will get the golden goose and become the top conference

Idk, in terms of money, yeah, but I don’t think ND is that good of a program. If the B1G gets ND alone, does it make them better than the SEC??? While good on the field, it’s the off the field (fans and media) that make ND powerful. I still think the SEC is king of football.

Never in doubt  the SEC is the king of football. I have a feeling Michigan is going to have their natty vacated. The spy story just got even worse. Their new coach along with several other current staff members were found in the current head coaches deleted text with Connor Stallions.

This stuff will keep going through Christmas.

I think January/February 2025 is a time worth watching.  If the ACC has to work with ESPN at that time with a look in, you might see the next shift then.

This is funny if true. I saw some fans from a non-AAU accredited Florida school on X claiming they’d use money generated from athletics to obtain AAU accreditation and surpass USF academically. It appears that plan won’t work.

Classic! It's always these guys that don't check their formulas.

I felt strongly that Michigan should have been banned from post season play for this. they didn’t get any punishment, they got rewarded.

There is no incentive for ND to join a conference

You are correct. They get it done their way and rewarded for it.

If what a ESPN/On3 reporter is tweeting on X is true...Michigan HC Sherrone Moore and Conor Stalions were realllly close. Uncomfortably close. I honestly still don't know if it's true, but the reporter, who I have never heard of, has screenshots of the texts and said that the "NCAA confirmed" they are legitimate.

With the climate going on in NCAA athletics, you’re either moving forward at a hard pace or you’re not. I think what intrigued me the most is they’re very determined to become a big player nationally.
