Conference realignment "Rumors" "tweets" "etc"

Latest rumors is b1g wants nd and Tamu. Makes sense for tamu they can't win in the sec and it is only getting tougher.  B1g improved, but is much weaker top to bottom for weekly conference games. I just don't know how tamu gets out of sec without massive money being paid to the sec.

This is funny if true. I saw some fans from a non-AAU accredited Florida school on X claiming they’d use money generated from athletics to obtain AAU accreditation and surpass USF academically. It appears that plan won’t work.

Basically what we will probably see is TAMU eventually say thanks but no thanks & stay in the SEC. Big Ten will then look to grab a Texas school from the big 12 imo

Are there any aau schools left that are mediocre or better at football in Texas? If I'm the b1g I look at Kansas and Colorado. They can't have  better programs than the sec in the south might as hurt the b12 in two established markets with aau status  that fans will show up when they lose  consistency to Ohio state,Michigan,  and Oregon.

There is not much value in Texas besides TAMU and Texas. TCU, Baylor, Houston, Texas Tech are small fish, and wont likely move up.

Oklahoma State and Kansas on the other hand might at some point look valuable after the ACC is raided

There's Rice.  I agree with maybe Kansas will be considered as they have that BB pedigree.  Hearing some bad things out of Colorado right now.
