So, anyone actually have any idea what it would take for USF to "pay their way in"?

Any chance we could built a $280million dollar stadium, instead of $340 million? Would that even matter or does the stadium money technically not exist yet either?

As for the ACC, it has to do with roots. Growing up on the rural route in NC, the ACC was all there was. USF didn't field a team until '97, so that's quite a few years later. I too would lean towards the ACC rather than the Big XII. To be clear, it's a case of 'anywhere is better than here', but if I had my druthers...
