I know for some sports like Woman's Lacrosse we are in other leagues.  So, would it help the B-12 or ACC if we join that it helps their other programs?

Pretty much every round of realignment has had a different criteria/look to it. The 2021 B12 expansion was the only one that looked to be primarily about sustained winning in football (and I'm thinking they're maybe second guessing themselves after what became available after the P12 implosion). There's no G5 in the Eastern/Central time zone with near the football resume of the 4 B12 invitees back then. If there's any G5 call-ups from this side of the country, winning wouldn't hurt but it'll be based on a helluvalot more than just that. Those that don't see that don't have a clue ...

In reality most of the info that we are receiving from big 12 fans have been BS.  I’m going to keep my thinking simple & say ACC picks up USF & UConn after FSU & Clemson reach a settlement with that ACC to exit.  No other teams are leaving the ACC imo. USF will end up in the #3 power conference behind SEC & Big Ten.
