I would assume they would be a likely candidate to fill a spot vacated by USF.

I sort of feel bad for FAU. Their fans got a taste with basketball, but I suspect that's all over now.

Can we all agree that there is nobody and nothing that can be seen as the truth about the ACC at the moment?  Drives me crazy

Replace "ACC" with "conference realignment" and I wholeheartedly agree ...

Well what is true is that there is a court order to see this super secret ESPN agreement document.  What we don't know is will it twist anyone's arm to force a quicker settlement.  FSU is hoping to find something in the language to help.  

I speculate that once these new voting members get in, they will continue to protect the organization against the poison pill of FSU and Clemson.  But that's just my speculation!  I would do anything to dilute their influence knowing they are eventually gone.  I feel like UT and USC demonstrated this is the only play.

Well realignment  seems to be currently related to the ACC.  If FSU and Clemson were not trying to leave I don't think there would be any meaningful realignment discussions going on.   Chaos seems to be good news though, I just wish I knew what the actual chaos was comprised of. .
