The Big12 wouldn't be that stupid to take tinmen u. over USF. We've both haven't proved a thing. But USF has a lot of giant killers notched under there belts.

And no big conference cares about past games. It's about how many eyeballs a school will bring to TV in the long run.

tinmen university really don't get the eyeballs in central Florida. Trust me, I lived there for many years. Dr. Phillips high school get more eyeballs then ucf.

Really? Did you come up with actual figures and go into houses or are you going by how many people were at the Ale House paying attention to a UCF game? While in CUSA, who was primarily on CBS College sports (certain games) and FOX regional for others or none, sure our TV viewers weren't as large as UF and other ESPN games. But UCF had one of the highest rated college football games all of last year in Orlando vs Ohio State. Sure it was Ohio State, but as USF fans know, conference affiliation and level if competition usually dictate that.

I am wondering this also. I can't imagine it even broke into the top 25. Maybe highest rateings of all of UCF's games. I can't imagine it had any interest to anyone outside of UCF and Ohio State fans. Where as you have all of the games visited by ESPN game day throughout the season, along with usually another two or three really good must watch match ups every weekend, and your saying that UCF vs Ohio state was not only among them, but among the top in ratings?

To be fair to Goldie... he can be a little hard to understand this time of night ... he was talking about among the highest rated in Orlando last year, trying to show how popular UCF is there ... Problem there is that was the first nationally televised game for OSU's new coach and I'm sure the large contingent of Gator fans over there tuned in hoping to see him get upset.
