Help me out a bit on the timeline… So the usf support started when exactly? Sometime after being a kid living near usf and not being a fan, going to ecu for dental school and not being a fan, joining the board with an ecu name and not being a fan, talking smack about how we got rolled by fsu and how you did not to this point consider yourself a part of usf fandom while not being a fan, as a full grown middle aged man you naturally saw the light, changed your mind and became a fan at what point and why? That part seems missing from the otherwise perfectly reasonable explanation of known events.

Late Kick's Josh Pate foresees FSU leaving the ACC with several other schools, but unlike many, he predicts that the conference will survive; just looking drama

ACC likely to elevate programs from AAC and Pac-12

The ACC would have to replace schools like FSU, Clemson, UNC, UVA, VA Tech, Louisville, Miami, and the like by elevating programs from the AAC and absorbing the Pac-12's two remaining programs, Oregon State and Wazzu, into the fold.

So I’m not a big fan of his, notwithstanding his kind words for USF, but I don’t begrudge anyone for keeping track of what he has to say. To the contrary, I like coming on here and seeing what I otherwise can no longer see on X. Just suggesting a little caution. 

 

I'm not disagreeing... it's not like these Internet Dudes have to be accountable for what they post. He could very well be full of himself enjoying the "fame" he has on this subject.

Doubt that many leave. Reality no one is paying a hefty exit fee to go from ACC to Big12 or the other way around. Unless you have a P2 invite it’s better to stay put and collect those exit fees.

True but once again if the money difference between the two isn’t that much. Those exit fees would make enough of a difference until at least the end of contract in 2036.
