Yeah, his position has been that ESPN/ABC is hostile to FSU and for that reason it's unlikely the SEC/ESPN/ABC would bring FSU under their media umbrella. Meaning they'd have to go to the B1G, the only other P2. 

Personally, I think it's more likely that (1) B1G sticks to its AAU rule, which would keep FSU out, and (2) the SEC would add FSU to keep the B1G out of Florida. But who knows. If that happens, it opens up the (small) possibility of USF joining Miami in the B1G. More likely, Miami stays put in the ACC (I see no reason why they'd go to the B12), and USF joins Miami in the ACC as FSU's replacement.

On a side note, anyone notice how VPMK, when referencing the OCS near the end of the interview, volunteered that the stadium would accommodate either 35,000 or "40,000" fans? First I've heard of the OCS potentially accommodating 40,000 - maybe it has been mentioned as a possibility and I've just missed it.

I would love to see them have a standing area of grass similar to the Rock at Mizzou and call it TheBullspen. Tell the students to get in there and get rowdy on the grass.
