I think the USF/tinturd rivalry would be an even better draw if it were ACC vs BIG12.

Only if we actually make it into a new conference. Then there will be lull for a few months before we start speculating on the next new conference.

I think there are a few schools that would also make good draws in this regard. Hypothetically - 

ACC snags: Utah, ASU, USF

B12 gets: Memphis, SDSU or UConn

Dramatic in-state ACC/B12 rivalries could be: USF/c, Utah/BYU, ASU/Zona, SMU/TCU 

Other potential rivalries/TV draws: Cinci/Louisville, UConn vs old Big East (Cuse/USF), Colorado/Zona vs Cal/Stanford, USF vs Memphis

Due to TV viewership driving media $, building as many interconference rivalries between the two could pay dividends for both leagues.
