Feel bad for the Oregon State fans. This is a fantasy. USF has a realistic chance to join a post raid ACC. I just don't see it happening for the PAC 2.

I realize the ACC isn’t the Ivy League, but OSU and WSU are hovering in the WVU tier of academics. Add to that their location, and I think it’s safe to say they’ll be joining us in relegation soon. They’re not even close to having 4,000 pages of expansion rumors to present to the ACC in pitching expansion.

I would actually love this because we would have an instate rivalry, a highly attended GT game here in ATL every 2 years.  And I am assuming we wouldn't have to play too many of those weird Beaver teams.
