Got to consider the source coming from an OK ST fan. So of course he is going to try to downplay OU & Texas leaving big 12 for the SEC. He is basically the same peep trying to start up rumors that Texas A&M wants out of the SEC lol

I wish some of them would post more.  It's months in-between sometimes.  I enjoy reading it and recognizing their biases.

On a related note, I wonder why it’s so quiet about USF right now.  Maybe because we don’t have enough rumor-mongers to push for us.  We are AAU, located in FL, building an OCS, former Big East member, large public institution, etc.  Yet it’s hush-hush.  I mean I would at least expect talk about the value of adding us to bolster the B12 in order to ease travel for UCF.  Hmm.

We probably haven’t heard much about USF recently because nothing is happening or people actually in the know aren’t tweeting about high level negotiations or plans. 
 

Realistically, nothing is going to happen this round until the FSU v ACC lawsuit is resolved. Obviously that could take time, and it’s still in the early stages of fighting over which court will hear it. The top ACC teams appear to be the big catch this round of expansion, and we’re stuck waiting for a lifeline when the dust settles.
