Notre Dame lost a coach and they have all the money in the world.

They do now, but in the future it gets exponentially harder with P2 money.

Depending on what he thinks happens to Miami, GT, I would prefer a conference like this for sure:

Miami

Boston College

Syracuse

Wake Forest

Georgia Tech

Stanford?

Cal?

SMU?

South Florida

East Carolina

UCONN

Memphis

Navy

Tulane 

Temple

Either way, if the ACC loses 8 teams, the leftovers can still form a good conference.

Absolutely, although I would  not add Temple. And since we already have Cal and Stanford  I would then add Boise State, OSU, WSU, and San Diego State as well. Great conference to be a part of.

No chance that miami is left in that conference. They'd sooner go independent like we should. 

 

If the best leftover acc schools go to the B12 we just need to accept the L and drop football. Any leftover conference at that point is barely an upgrade on the old aac
