They are above average but not a top 25 team. I would trade conference places with them any day . Michigan is the only top10 B1G team this year and they have some question marks.OS and PEnn State do not deserve their ranks. They beat a bunch of b1g nothing burgers and overrated. We will see how they look versus Bama not knowing their signals. AS the saying goes the B1G celebrates punts and the SEC celebrates Championships.

YEs AAU status has USF attaching itself to Rice. i wouldn't call that a good thing unless we need a win to go bowling.

It probably means a lot more to those pursuing an academic degree as opposed to some old dudes that sit around wanting entertainment from college boys/minor league athletes.

Did you get a raise when your degree came from an AAU university? The real world doesn't really care about AAU status, but it is good for the university to get more money into academics. This time lets not neglect atheltics to increase academics. Power Conference Realignment is about the product on the football field. The tv deals really dont care about any other sport because football makes exponentially more money.
