Wouldn't be upset with that at all. Can even add in Utah, ASU, 'Zona and Tulane, Cinci, and UConn to get to 24. That would be a great conference. There's talk about UConn being a no for the ACC, so if that's the case a second Texas school would be cool.

UNC and Virginia aren't getting left behind if FSU and Clemson leave. You can probably add Miami to that list as well.

UNC is probably gone, agree on that. Not so sure Virginia goes. 

I would think UNC would be appealing to both SEC and Big 10, (maybe more than FSU or Clemson)

Miami is interesting. I think the Big 10 wants into Florida, and Miami is probably the choice, but I am not sure Miami can buy itself out of the ACC, and may be stuck.

Good call on Miami, I neglected to consider $$$ to buy themselves out. I included UVA because I had been seeing a lot of chatter about them as a potential SEC candidate.

It's easy to think people are valuable and in-demand, but there's a big reality check when it comes to the costs of actually leaving. Even for FSU and Clemson, they may be insurmountable right now. 5-8 years from now will be different, but if anyone who thinks a school that isn't those two (or MAYBE UNC) will just be leaving on the first ship is grossly underestimating what that actually means.
