I see this as a positive. There is no doubt that the money spent equals commitment to our athletic department. At some point the money spent will pay dividends and we will see more success across the board.

I don't think money has been the issue at USF. Plenty of fans have and are willing to donate even more. You just can't keep a terrible return on investment ratio and expect to keep the donation energy high. Winning + better conference+ in the national discussion for championships = money. It's a simple as that.
