Interesting.  I've seen some rumors that have UTSA listed as an expansion candidate for the PAC2 and/or ACC.  Not if they're unwilling to spend.  

I'd like to see USF at the top in the AAC.  SMU is out of here so let's go Bulls and take over!

Renovations always cost more ... because they have to be done while the stadium is still being used.

Yep, these university's(athletic departments) bringing in 3-5x the revenue of USF are going to keeping building and/or upgrading facilities.  If things go our way for a couple decades we might be able to slow the growth of the gap.
