Also, who in their 2023 mind does have a softball program? That is mind blowing that they don’t have a program.

 

Years ago, USF was in the ACC for softball, because C-USA didn't sponsor, and the ACC needed programs because not enough of their schools played it. (that was early days of C-USA and Miami was in the Big East at that time. 

I'm not really adding anything important, just saying not everyone plays softball.

Just to correct/add to this,

That is what our league was called, but it was full of ACC schools. (you can see ACC in the name)
