I have never seen anything official on Hancock's salary, but I have only heard that it is substantially more.

Perhaps we can convince my old PE coach, Kevin White, to make a comeback.  If he can rise from New Port Richey to Notre Dame and Duke, maybe he could make a dent at USF.

I know Jim Leavitt will most likely never hold any post at USF. Also, he may not want to be an AD.

I just have no idea what kind of intangibles/connections that we would need from a potential AD hire. You can say “strong decision making and good communication”, but that is literally any job.
