TV contracts pay money on top 25 wins, championships, and college championships. TV contracts don't pay you more because of AAU status. They want to best teams to play each other to drive the best ratings.

AAU will help the entire university more in the long run imo. For athletics i would rather see USF earn it on the field than to be given Bama’s success.

Interesting, although I think this has to do with the PAC schools looking to join.

I guess the real question is are they forming the PACC or showing we all voted no? If they form the Pacific Atlantic Coastal Conference we will still be stuck in the AAC until we start to win our way of the purgatory.
