He should help pick better committee members:

One of the guiding philosophies of the AAC’s expansion was to grow through fertile recruiting areas. The AAC expansion committee included a prominent crew of athletic directors from the conference – USF’s Mike Kelly, Memphis’ Laird Veatch, SMU’s Rick Hart and Navy’s Chet Gladchuk.

So just read the updates from overnight. Not looking as bright as yesterday. At this point only hope is the PAC 4 stay together and invite 4 AAC schools and 4 MWC Schools.

All is quiet on the western front LOL.  Or is that the eastern front in this case?  Maybe today brings more action.

Would usf be one of those four schools ? Also if that happened I wonder what the contract would look like for all the teams.

With how we have looked for awhile I'm sort of doubtful. 

Our complete ass showing the last 3 years is going to be costly.

Hope things calm down gives time for CAG to stop the sinking.

At this point with what is left in the AAC as bad as we have been we have to be atleast one of the 4 most attractive options left. Unless coming to FL is an issue for the new PAC12. 

Not sure what other 4 AAC schools would be a better fit. This conference is ******.

If I were the PAC I would select 

Memphis 

Tulane

SMU or RICE

USF

Boise State

SDSU

UNLV

Colarado State

 

That conference actually looks pretty good on paper.

Good ol boy coaching Scott did not help us in hindsight.  Perhaps a fatal coaching selection.

8/15 can’t get here fast enough. We will see if FSU & Clemson actually do something or wait another year to give notice. USF is in a good spot regardless as our location and trajectory is freaking amazing!!
