even if you take your 15m subscribers (estimated at 1.5m in Dallas), you only come up with an additional $15m x $1.25 = $18.75m. That's like $1m per team. Wouldn't even cover the cost of additional travel.

Here’s the associated article. Not clear whether they’ll get the 12 votes they need, and it appears to be a financial wash for the conference due to increased travel costs.

4 team conference seems good to me. Mix in some OOC games and you are good to go.

Also, what would USF's ideal conference look like if it were 10/12/14/16/20 teams? I'm going to put some thought into this...
