Completely agree with you, I would gamble too, but, only if the money is considerably better AND they find a way to keep their P5 status. If those two things happen, I would be all for the move without hesitation.

Since "P5" is a media designation, that ship has sailed.  It's gonna be "P4" going forward.

But ... the PAC has NCAA autonomy which doesn't mean much since the AAC follows the same measures voluntarily.

While I definitely wouldn't turn it down, that PAC thing kinda has the similar feel of joining a conference with a lot of basketball only teams security wise ...... maybe the GoR alleviates some of that.
