It would not be for football. They have not really have any more success than usf the last few years.  I thought the pac valued academics and aau was preferred.

In regards to the PAC/MWC merger and the AAC expansion candidates:

1. which teams from the MWC could be shed as dead weight?

2. Which teams would be ideal candidates from the AAC?

3. Which teams could the AAC target for their next expansion?

4. Could some of the newly added teams go back to their previous conferences?
