You think B1G and Big 12 are holding off to get them at a discount? Maybe. However, i don't think B1G is expanding anymore. Not so sure about Big 12. They seem to enjoy chaos.

What about the SEC? Will they take WVU? Or FSU & Clemson?

Curious to what all this does to TV numbers next few years. I bet there isa drop off in viewership which will make everything even crazier in a few years.

I have thought about this a good deal. Outside of watching USF games I am going to have a difficult time watching anything with the exception of who is on our schedule.

Yes I been doing that ever since USF went to AAC.

I do think at the very least the Big 12 will pick them up.  But I also do see Big 10 as a possibility. San Francisco is a huge metro area that is still about a 5 hour drive from Los Angeles( if remember that right). But I hope they aren't picked up since if they remain in the Pac that would even be sweeter for us if the PAC decides to pick us up, and create a national conference with an East and West division

Hopefully he didn't mention RayJay as great recruiting tool ...

Most college kids will never get a chance to play in a pro stadium that nice. Ray Jay has a lot perks most college stadiums don't have. The OCS will be a great addition if done right, but I don't think Ray Jay is a bad place to play.

Ray Jay has been great for our program.

The mindset of todays college football players is that having an OCS is more important to them.

From your experience what is more important to future recruits NIL money or an OCS ? I know the university can only provide one.

Touch to say.

NIL is certainly important, but having a true home is as well.

How I feel as well. I just will never donate to the NIL funds because there is no guarantee the player will produce or stay at the university.

Specifically recruits, I'd lean a little more towards NIL directly. But an OCS can build the foundation for a strong fan base which in the future will be your NIL donors.

With the climate going on in NCAA athletics, you’re either moving forward at a hard pace or you’re not. I think what intrigued me the most is they’re very determined to become a big player nationally.
