If ESPN allows the ACC to be raided it is a guarantee that the resulting new TV deal would be pennies on the dollar compared to their new deal. I'm thinking no better than $15 to $20 million per school, which would still be lightyears better than we currently get.

The current TV deal is only in that ball park -- it was $17 million per school.  The TOTAL payout (CFP money, NCAA tournament points, bowl revenues, etc) was $39.5 million.

I think a lot of USF fans are and now ucf will make way more than double what we are.

I just liked their other approach of suing for the conference not acting in the best interest of its members because it it is afraid of the consequences better than I like I like special legislation

I've never seen USF fans try to shake down an entire conference because we believe we're better than everybody else. When we were demoted from the Big East, sure, maybe there was some (baseless) arrogance and entitlement. But that hasn't been the case for a VERY long time. I think we're a relatively humble bunch at this point; consistent losing for many years has had its effect. At least, that's what I think.

Oh I definitely want in, I am saying TV execs are not going to be micromanaging new membership and attempting to increase the value of the conference. It will be more along the lines of you can have this many members and this many dollars do whatever you want, BTW I hope you fail and get further picked off which is why I set this motion in place to begin with.
