Conferences don't make promises like that. You either meet what they're looking for when a window to add appears or you don't. Everything MK is doing is based on the feedback received by the Big 12 when not selected to improve USFs chances next time but there's unlikely to be an secret handshake agreement from the Big 12 or ACC.

Yeah, highly doubtful a conference could or would do something like that ..... although it's nice to dream. The IPF was needed no matter where we play and i don't think we're building an ocs based on it getting us to a higher conference. I think things finally fell into line with all those needed to be on board to get one ..... with the cost being so high because of where we play now.

Yep sad but true. I have green and gold goggles but c'mon there is no way such an agreement is in place. I'm sure nothing more than a feasibility study was done to investigate what we need to be considered for a major conference.

The biggest question is what is going to happen to the PAC-9?? At least the AAC appears more stable than that once power conference. Will people still call it a P5?? Lol

I’m sure there probably have been agreements on conditions. Especially if the ACC loses their Florida school. Hence is why we saw the dominos tweet last summer
