I guess we can say the big 12 may need Florida and it would take at least two teams to help. One team won’t move the needle on that heavy set west coast conference

I agree. That's why the Big 12 is more likely just in the sense they would want to give UCF a travel partner. I just don't see the ACC happening unless they lose one or both Florida teams.

The only good news that I see in Colorado going to the Big 12 from a USF perspective is that now they wont likely go after Tulane or Memphis keeping the AAC intact for now.

Either way we have to start winning soon so that we can make ourselves a sexier candidate.

McMurph reporting big 12 going after 3 more pac 12. If that doesn’t happen they will settle on one g5 school  between Memphis, Tulane, SDST

Assuming the 3 would be Utah, Arizona and Arizona State.

Yeah I would assume that too. It would basically be a western conference in which WVU, UCF, Cincy would be the eastern outliers lol

Yep that's it boys we are screwed. So sad how far we've gone down on the pecking order. Now with more PAC schools potentially available looking for a home we find ourselves even more dug under. Soo when can we go pokemon our AAU status card?

Not necessarily. The ACC is a much better fit

Hurts to not even be in the ring but I do hope the long term prospects of the ACC or others are still alive. Let's not forget the prospect of being the dominate G5 team for a while maybe making a playoff spot here and there is not a bad thought. We should be OK long term
