For what it's worth, he's been on the Colorado-to-B12 for a while... sure he got the date wrong... but others are reporting the reason Colorado is leaving is because how just how messed up the media rights process has been.

What is funny is that earlier today we may have been thinking the realignment rumors thread was going to slow down. And then all of that sudden, BOOM! 3000 pages are getting closer…

Ok let’s say something crazy happens and the PAC 12 dissolves. I do believe that would open up one of tbt P5 playoff spots to basically give the G5 two playoff spots to fight over instead of 1

If Oregon State and WSU get demoted to G5 money, AAC doesn't make sense. Too expensive for not enough money. They're MWC bound at that point.

Exactly. The travel would be worse than what it would be for big 12. I personally would be against WSU or OSU to AAC. They would fit better in MWC. Also I been hearing that big ten may not be expanding anytime soon as they want to see how the new playoff format does. I won’t be shocked to see these big conferences split up into two which would probably take away the playoff spots from G5 imo
