I agree with you on that. If I’m the Big 12, I’m in no rush and feel pretty good with my current lineup of teams. If opportunity presents itself ok, but I’m not taking any fliers on anyone.

Agreed, I really don’t know how they’re going to pay all of these conferences when they’re bleeding money and with cord cutting not slowing down. I hate ESPN anyways, would love to see it blown up and restarted.

I would love that, but I would also love a promotion relegation setup.

FBS A all of the P5 conferences

FBS B all of the G5 conferences

Have consistent rules across the board:

1. Cap spending/NIL

2. stadiums at least X number capacity

3. certain amount investment in Athletics

4. must be a member of a conference

Then tie the conferences together:

ACC - American

B12 - CUSA

B1G - MAC

PAC - MWC

SEC - Sunbelt

Two 12 team playoffs for each tier.

Top two each lower conference move up, bottom two from the higher conference move down.

Then maybe l, the two Natty champs play each other? For an Ultra Natty?

Interesting take on Apple looking at the International audience in which they prefer basketball.  USF does have a good women’s hoops team that was built with international players. Hopefully mens hoops gets up to par.

I believe that they have no interest in adding any programs for a bit.

Those 2 conferences would like to see how the expanded playoff works before seeing if they need to expand any further.

Not so fast.  We need to get to 3000 pages first.

Or better yet, we should have a contest where we all bet on how many pages this thread has in it when the "official announcement" comes down that USF is moving to another conference.  In the mean time, we need to concentrate on JUST WINNING GAMES.
