UConn would be a good grab for the ACC.  But can they even grab without busting up the GOR?

Yeah it was my understanding that the ACC will eventually grab both UConn & USF to help add more to the tv deals. The rumors going around is that the ACC may get a bump up on their tv deals. Not sure if that was due to expansion

And to add more. We didn’t hear much complaining from UConn when the Big East was part of the BCS elite conferences. They didn’t mind the travel as much. Heck they got the BCS invite to the Fiesta Bowl and only took a few thousand fans

They didn't travel that much. Providence. Georgetown. Syracuse. Seton Hall.  . .

Oh you meant football... well, U Conn isn't a football school anyway.

The ACC could expand.

This was an avenue for them to increase annual payouts while under the GOR.

With every win we will be adding something.  We are a rock bottom deal right now.  📈  ⬆️

There is no mythical 2026 ACC bump up lol but all the conferences will get a CFP expansion bump up.

Is the ACC agreement even on the internet anywhere? I haven't been able to find it and so many people quote so many contradicting statements that I do not think anybody outside of the ACC Presidents and ESPN lawyers actually know what the language of the (non GoR) deal are. Are there expansion provisions? What can be gained during the look-in periods? Is there a 3% inflation escalator every year?

Good questions. Hopefully we get some FSU & Clemson fans that can help answer as I do believe their schools presidents would know

Just  back from Little Havanna ran into a friend that went to the U at  infamous El Pub. He said he doesn't want USF to join the ACC because Miami can't afford losing to another Florida team. This must confirm the ACC doesn't want to add USF,
