Or smart for staying. Think of all the funds that USF saved over the years. Last bowl game I went to was when USF was in the Gasparilla Bowl. Saved tons on the low travel costs.

My entire family is from Pittsburgh and a sizeable portion still live there so I have reason to go there often and it has a special place in my heart (I even consider relocating occasionally). To be clear if a majority of people in a place speak with a southern accent I assume I do not like it there, I also hate grits, country music, boots, pork, okra and most anything I can associate with those places.

I will be in Pittsburgh that weekend in August, my 3 buddies from Chicago are getting together to meet my buddy that lives in Pitt who is a slum lord there. We grew up together, we have about 15 years on you but can easily drink with you, IM me if you want to see how Frisco/Chi town throws down. We get together annually and always a good time.
