Yes, and Boise State, USF, U Conn, Memphis, and Tulane would be good additions as well to the Big 12.

You are thinking well ahead of big 12. If history holds true they won’t be proactive but reactive if they choose to expand again. I heard they will stay at 14 after Texas & OU leave in 2024.
