You are lucky; I love that city, but so expensive. I remember living in East Village sharing a closet space with two other people and still paying more then a 1000 bucks a month. Did it for 6 months until I  couldn't stand my roommates any longer and moved to Jersey City, where rent was still crazy high, but not as bad. 

Yep,  as to UConn and NYC,  St johns was the team of many people I knew since that's in Queens.

I really don't understand the hate the Big 12 gets. BYU, Cincy, UCF, Houston, Baylor, TCU, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, Kansas State, Kansas. Probably Memphis and Boise State as well. I think that is a solid league., and hardly something to look down on. I personally would love USF to join the Big 12.

Yes, I would prefer ACC as well, but Big 12 would be major step up from AAC. And it wouldn't prevent us from joining ACC at a later date

I forgot to add West Virginia as well to the list. Would love to play them again. Our match ups against them were always fun.

Most everyone here would love to join the B12 as opposed to staying in the AAC .... Any "hate" would revolve around preferring going to a different P5 if there's any way possible.
