It seems likely the PAC12 and ACC will be fighting for their lives.

Oregon, Washington, Cal, Stanford, Washington St., Oregon State, SDSU, UNLV, Fresno State, + 1 more (SMU if they would still come, Colorado State, Nevada, whoever) actually are a decent league. 

Can go back to the PAC10 name. 

The only problem is, if then B1G or Big 12 comes calling for more, then you are really just like the AAC back filling Mountain West schools.

Right, and like Vanderbilt is to the SEC, they are grandfathered into a P5.  Until the other 2-3 boot them completely.

The biggest brands of both those conferences, the Big 12 scoops up the best leftovers. Then the remaining teams from the PAC and ACC grab the top of the MWC and AAC to make some conference like this is the most likely outcome i've seen.

It would be a really bad time for us to see more movement right now when it comes to realignment. We need a little time to become more attractive.

That's why I believe we cannot afford a slow rebuilt in football. We need to see major improvement this year and a bowl game next year.

Wasn’t there someone on here who kept saying the Big 12 was dead and how ucf was joining a dying conference? Lol yeah right.
