Unfortunately I do not expect the ACC to have any incentive to add us unless one of (or both) FSU/Miami leave. If those two are stuck until say, 2032, why would the ACC add USF prior to then? 

And Swaim's last tweet ^^ is so incorrect. c will not "make more athletics money than...", they will make more from the base TV package deal. Total conference payouts were nearly equal (difference of <$3-4MM last year I think). And FSU still makes like $50MM/year more than c from athletics revenue and alumni donations.

I think that is coming this time.  We shall see. 

With the stadium on campus, you also have first generation USF football fans that went to school when football started having their own kids and coming into their own yada yada.  #TRADITION

The donor numbers are already "here", relatively speaking, I think for the reasons you pointed out ..... It takes a while to build a solid base.
