Really cool new nugget is Dennis Dodd claiming that not only have Colorado talks with the Big 12 been very real, but that any move to the Big 12 would have to be approved by ... wait for it ... their new head football coach Deion Sanders.

Dodd is reputable and CU is definitely a better fit for B12 but I wonder about the Deion signing off part. 

I'm all for the chaos bring it on.

I don't doubt that Deion is lobbying for it. He grew up and played college football in Florida. He spent a significant amount of time in Texas. I'm sure he'd love to be in a conference with teams in both of those states. But the idea that he's the deciding factor in this move? A football coach who's likely to be there 4-5 years at most being the deciding factor in the university changing conferences in a move that would affect them well beyond that? I'm calling BS

I think admin would listen to what he has to say about a potential move but still make their own final decision on it. Sort of use him as a representative not just for himself but for their future football coaches as well.

Yes definitely. I’m a dreamer. With that said. If we can’t win 6 games in a season by year two with this new coaching staff then I will be disappointed

Just questioning if there is a TON of talent on a team that one 1 game? Realize the coaching made not have been top notch but we certainly didn't just out-talent anyone either.

I've got no problem with that ...... BUT, if you keep drawing in kanoodlehead Kanigit chirps and Matrix keeps including them in what he posts here, I may need to step in. I'll not have this awesome thread sullied with much their of pathetic obsessiveness.
