Boise, finally in a power conference?!?!?

I wouldn’t mind if USF, Memphis, Tulane, Navy, Army got pulled into the ACC.

What teams, if any, from the MAC would be long shot P5 expansion targets?

I don't know that there are any.  The MAC is concentrated in the Ohio / Michigan area which, interestingly, is where Ohio State and the University of Michigan reside (how odd). But if we really reach out there, and squint just right, I'd say it is the only other D1 school with Bulls as a mascot: Buffalo. Why would I say such a thing? Enrollment numbers. Buffalo has the most students out of the conference (+/-30K). But located in scenic Buffalo, New York...is there any draw? What's the TV market like? I just can't imagine interest in any MAC school as far as CR&E.

This guy thinks the acc needs usf  uconn, army, navy and Memphis to get more money on a better deal? Competitively speaking I don't think it makes the acc stronger compared to sec/b1g/b12/pac12  except for maybe basketball  ?

And that is ONLY because of Uconn and Memphis. TV markets don’t matter anymore, and USF sitting on potential is what has gotten us to this point.

Probably not Power 5 targets, but if the AAC loses more teams I think it should target Toledo and Ohio for expansion ( unless we can get the best Mountain West teams).

Toledo and Ohio  are terrible draws and just make the conference worse.

Are they any worse draws than USF?

I dunno. The MAC is just so heavily regional (it's like the only conference left that is TRULY just regional). I don't know that I can see any of the Ohio/Michigan teams leaving to be an also-ran in another G5 conference.

lol nah. USF has done well with their attendance despite lack of wins on the football field.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
